Need to update or cancel your order? Please reach out to us right away at info@doeksak.co.za. We’ll gladly accommodate any changes before your order is shipped. Once it has been dispatched, however, we’re unable to make adjustments or process cancellations. Orders cancelled before dispatch will be refunded, with a 10% administration fee deducted to cover processing costs.
